Circle of Praise Resale Shop

We are excited to announce that this year we will begin a resale shop for the Circle of Praise Dance Ministry. The resale shop will give you a place to buy and sell gently used items that your child uses during Circle of Praise classes. Our hope is that as your child grows you will be able to use the resale shop to connect with others who need what you have, or have what you need. One of our mom's has graciously offered to be the point person for the resale shop and help connect the buyers and sellers.

SELLING:

If you have one of the following items that your child has outgrown or is not using anymore: Skirt, Leo, Tights, Ballet Shoes, Tap Shoes, Clogging Shoes. You can email Melissa Bowen at melissa-bowen@sbcglobal.net. Melissa is going to compile a list of items for sale that will be posted on our blog http://www.circleofpraise.com/ at the beginning of each month.

Please make sure that all items for sale are in good condition, and that tights are not faded or torn up.

BUYING:

If you wish to purchase an item please email Melissa Bowen at melissa-bowen@sbcglobal.net and let her know which item you wish to purchase. Melissa will remove the item from our inventory list and send you the contact information for the seller so that you can arrange a time to meet. All sales will take place directly between the buyer and seller.

Our First Week of Classes

Summer is over and it is time for classes to begin. I am so excited that we have this incredible opportunity to teach your children again this year. God is blessing this ministry in so many ways and I am glad that you have chosen to join Him in what He is going to do through Circle of Praise this year. As we begin the year, here are a few reminders about how classes work.

1. All students and parents need to meet and wait in the west side of the Chapel. Your child's teacher will come to the Chapel to line up their class, so please make sure your child is dressed and stretching in the Chapel 5 minutes before their class begins.

2. Please do not let any of your children climb on the columns, or stair railings. Also, please do not let your children run up and down the hallways of the church.

3. All students need to wear a black short sleeved Leo, pink tights, and a black skirt as well as their appropriate dance shoes to class.

4. Please make sure your child's hair is pinned back out of their face. All hair longer than past the chin needs to be in a ponytail so we can see the neck.

You should be receiving a student handbook this week. Please make sure and read through the handbook and mark all important dates on your calendar.

Hello Everyone, We are so excited that the Fall semester is about to begin. Fall enrollment forms went out last week, so it's time to get your girls registered before the classes fill up. We are working on several new concepts for this upcoming year and I Can't wait to share all the details with you as soon as they get worked out. This blog will be a place where you can reference information, and check on cancellations etc. We will also post the weekly memory verse and updates about classes and concerts. We are looking forward to a great year!
